2.1 Cancellation Policy

·         Cancellations Made 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Pickup Time: Full refund.

·         Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Pickup Time: 50% refund.

·         No-Show: No refund.

2.2 Modification Policy

·         Modifications Made 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Pickup Time: No additional charges.

·         Modifications Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Pickup Time: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2.3 Refund Process

·         Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is received.

·         Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

2.4 Non-Refundable Services
