Directly Provided Identity Data: Legal first and last names, verified electronic mail addresses, active Australian mobile phone networks, digital passwords, corporate affiliation data, and transactional tax billing addresses.
Financial Instrument Tokens: Credit, debit, or corporate procurement card specifics (including masked Primary Account Numbers, expirations, and securely verified tokens). All financial capture points route exclusively through external, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processing networks.
Operational Kinematics and Geolocation Data: High-precision background and foreground global positioning system (GPS) coordinates captured via the user's mobile interface. This coordinate pathing tracks real-time dispatch, active routing verification, and continuous route monitoring to ensure optimal passenger safety.
Intent and Application of Personal Data
Data processed by RidePool is explicitly restricted to core business purposes, including:
Executing instantaneous, dynamic trip calculations, routing alignments, and dispatching commercial drivers.
Transmitting structural automated service updates, live driver arrival updates, and electronic tax receipts.
Validating compliance audits against local transit regulations and coordinating complex NDIS claim logs.
